The Bureau will be closed from 1pm on Friday the 23rd of December and will reopen on Thursday the 5th of January.

Help to claim: If you are thinking about claiming Universal Credit for the first time: Call 0800 023 2581 - Closed 26th & 27th December, 2nd & 3rd January 2023. Open 28th & 29th December 8am - 6pm & 23rd and 30th December 8am - 5pm.
Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS): Provides advice and support to patients, their carers and families in their dealings with the NHS: 0800 917 2127. Closed from 1pm on 23rd December to 9am 4th January.
EU Citizens Support Service: Supports people who need help applying to the EU Settlement Scheme: 0800 916 9847: Closed from 23rd December to 3 January inclusive.
Pension Wise: Free and impartial government service that helps you understand the options from your pension pot: 0800 138 3944. Closed from 8pm on the 23rd December to 8am on the 4th of January.
